What can I do if I don't have access to my registered mobile number or email?

Losing your phone or your email doesn't automatically lock you out of Rupeezy. If you still have your registered mobile number (just on a new SIM), or you'd set up TOTP on another device, you can log in exactly as before. Only if you've lost access to your registered mobile number and email — with no TOTP set up elsewhere — do you need Rupeezy support to restore access.

What if I have a new phone, but the same registered mobile number?

Get your number reactivated on a new SIM by your telecom operator, then log in to Rupeezy as usual — mobile number, OTP, Rupeezy MPIN. See How do I log in to the Rupeezy app?

What if I'd set up TOTP on another device?

You don't need the lost phone or email at all. At the login screen, enter your registered mobile number, then use your TOTP code instead of waiting for an OTP — this only works if the authenticator app lives on a device you still have.

What if I don't have access to my registered mobile number, my registered email, or both?

Contact Rupeezy support — they'll verify your identity and help you regain access:

See How do I create a ticket or raise a complaint at Rupeezy? for every way to reach them.

Once you're back in, you can update your registered mobile number or email yourself any time — see How do I change my mobile number? and How do I change my email address?
