You can change the email address on your Rupeezy account from the Profile tab in Dock, Rupeezy's back-office portal: edit your email ID, enter the new address and verify it with an OTP. The new address is updated within 48 hours.
How do I update my email address in Dock?
- Log in to Dock. If you need help signing in, see How do I log in to Dock?
- Click the Profile tab.
- Go to Email ID and click Edit.
- Enter the new email address and click Continue.
- Enter the OTP you receive to verify the new details.
Your details are updated within 48 hours.
