How do I log in to Dock?

You don't set a separate password for Dock, Rupeezy's back-office reports dashboard — tap Login with Rupeezy and it signs you in with your Rupeezy login. If the Rupeezy app is logged in on the same device, you go straight in. Otherwise, such as on a desktop browser, you log in on the Rupeezy login page with your mobile number, OTP or TOTP, and MPIN.

How do I log in to Dock?

1. Open Dock — on the Rupeezy app's home screen, tap the profile icon (top right) to open Account, then tap Dock. You can also go straight to dock.rupeezy.in in your browser.

2. Tap Login with Rupeezy. If the Rupeezy app is already logged in on the same device, you land straight on your Dock dashboard — there's nothing to type.

3. On a desktop browser, log in to Rupeezy first. If there's no Rupeezy app session on that device, Login with Rupeezy takes you to the Rupeezy login page at flow.rupeezy.in. Enter your mobile number, then your OTP or TOTP, then your MPIN, and you're taken back to your Dock dashboard. See How do I log in to Rupeezy Web?

What is Dock?

Dock is Rupeezy's back-office portal — your holdings, ledgers, contract notes and statements in one place. See Where can I view and download my P&L statement? and How do I access my ledgers and contract notes? for what you can do once you're in.

Things to keep in mind

  • Dock uses your Rupeezy login — it isn't a separate username or password you create yourself. See How do I log in to the Rupeezy app?.
  • Never share your Rupeezy app login (OTP, TOTP or MPIN) with anyone claiming to be support — Dock never asks you for it either.
