No. Your Client Code — what most people mean by "user ID" on Rupeezy — is allotted once, when your account is opened, and stays the same for as long as the account is active. It can't be changed or reissued.
Why can't I change it?
Your Client Code is how Rupeezy and the exchanges identify your account on contract notes, statements, and every trade — changing it would break that record trail. It isn't a username you picked, so there's nothing to edit.
This is also why it doesn't matter for logging in: you sign in with your registered mobile number and an OTP (or TOTP), never with your Client Code. See What is my user ID to log in to Rupeezy's trading platform? for where to find yours.

What if I want to change my registered mobile number instead?
That's a different setting, and it is editable. See How do I change my mobile number? — your Client Code stays the same after the change.
Things to keep in mind
- Your Client Code isn't a secret — it's fine to share it with Rupeezy support so they can identify your account. What you must never share with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Rupeezy, is your OTP or MPIN — genuine Rupeezy support will never ask for those.
- If you've closed an account and open a new one later, the new account gets its own, different Client Code — it isn't reused from the old one.
