Why are my transferred funds not updated?

Funds you send by NEFT or IMPS are credited to your trading account as soon as they reach Rupeezy's bank account. There is no end-of-day batch and no overnight wait — if the money has landed with us, it is in your account. Money added by UPI or Net Banking in the app is credited as soon as the payment succeeds. If it hasn't shown up, the checks below for your payment method usually explain why.

Why haven't funds sent by IMPS, NEFT or RTGS reached my account?

Almost always because the transfer hasn't reached Rupeezy's bank account yet. That leg is between your bank and the payments network, and Rupeezy has no visibility into it until the credit arrives.

  • IMPS transfers are near-instant, but your bank can still hold or queue one.
  • NEFT transfers settle in batches, so the time depends on when your bank releases yours.
  • Your bank's own confirmation ("amount debited") means the money left your account — not that it has reached ours yet.
  • Check that the account number, IFSC code and beneficiary name you sent to exactly match the Bank Transfers screen in your own Rupeezy app. That account number is unique to you — a transfer to a number copied from a screenshot, an old message or someone else's app won't reach your trading account.

Why is money I sent by UPI not showing?

  • Check the payment reached your UPI app's success screen. The Add Funds screen gives you 3 minutes to approve the request; if you miss it, the payment lapses and no money moves — start again.
  • Check the money came from a bank account linked to your Rupeezy account.

Why is money added through Net Banking not reflecting?

  • Check you didn't close the app or go back while your bank's page was loading or the payment was in progress. Interrupting it can debit your bank without the payment being confirmed back to Rupeezy, which then needs a support ticket to sort out.
  • Check the amount you approved on your bank's page. Net Banking adds a ₹8 + GST fee on transfers under ₹50,000, so your bank asks for slightly more than the amount you entered.
  • Check the money came from a bank account linked to your Rupeezy account.

What if I sent the money from a bank account that isn't linked to Rupeezy?

Money must come from a bank account linked to your Rupeezy account — a transfer from any other account isn't credited. See Can I transfer funds from bank accounts that are not linked to my Rupeezy account?
