You can change the mobile number on your Rupeezy account from the Profile tab in Dock, Rupeezy's back-office portal: edit Mobile Number, enter your new number and verify it with an OTP. The new number is updated within 48 hours.
How do I update my mobile number in Dock?
- Log in to Dock. If you need help signing in, see How do I log in to Dock?
- Click the Profile tab.
- Go to Mobile Number and click Edit.
- Enter the new mobile number and click Continue.
- Enter the OTP you receive to verify the new number.
Your details are updated within 48 hours.
