Rooting or jailbreaking gives apps and malware deep access to your phone, bypassing the security controls the operating system relies on. On such a device, your login, MPIN, and account data can't be kept safe — so Rupeezy doesn't let the app run there.
What can I do?
Use the Rupeezy app on a device that isn't rooted or jailbroken. If you've rooted or jailbroken your phone, you'll need to reverse that or switch to another device to use the app. This is a security requirement, so Rupeezy support can't turn it off for your account.
