Rupeezy doesn't log you out when you switch to another app. If you leave it in the background for a while, it locks itself and asks for your biometric — your fingerprint or face — when you come back. It's a security re-lock, not a logout.
Why does the app ask for my biometric again?
Once the app has spent a considerable time in the background, Rupeezy re-locks it as a safeguard: if someone else picks up your phone, they can't open your trading account without your fingerprint or face. A quick switch to another app and straight back won't trigger it — only a longer stretch in the background does.
Do I have to log in again?
No. It isn't a logout. You aren't asked for your mobile number or OTP, and your session stays active in the background the whole time — just confirm with your biometric and you're back on the same screen.
Things to keep in mind
- The re-lock relies on your phone's own biometric, so keep a fingerprint or face unlock enabled on your device — in fact, app login is disabled without one. See How to enable device lock on mobile?.
