Rupeezy only sends email from addresses ending in @rupeezy.in — if an email claims to be from Rupeezy but the sender's address doesn't end in that domain, it isn't genuine.
How do I check the sender's email address?
Open the email and look at the full sender address, not just the display name — scammers can set the display name to "Rupeezy" while the underlying address is something else entirely. The domain has to be exactly rupeezy.in (for example, support@rupeezy.in). A misspelled lookalike domain, a free email provider, or any other domain is not Rupeezy.
What are Rupeezy's official email addresses?
| Address | For |
|---|---|
| support@rupeezy.in | Customer support |
| sales@rupeezy.in | New account opening |
| stoptrade@rupeezy.in | Freezing/unfreezing your trading account |
| grievance@rupeezy.in | Grievances and complaints |
| contact@rupeezy.in | General enquiries |
What if the email doesn't check out?
Don't click any links or reply with personal details. Raise a complaint and share the email (forward it or attach a screenshot) so Rupeezy can look into it.
Things to keep in mind
- Rupeezy will never ask for your OTP, TOTP code, or MPIN over email — treat any email requesting them as phishing, regardless of how genuine it looks. See How does Rupeezy ensure the safety of client data from cyber-attacks and hacking?
- Never act on a link inside a suspicious email. Go to rupeezy.in or the app directly instead. See How do I spot investment scams that use Rupeezy's name?
