Your MPIN is the final step of logging in to Rupeezy — after your registered mobile number and an OTP (or TOTP). If you've forgotten it, reset it right from the MPIN screen with Forgot MPIN; there's no password to recover.
How do I reset my MPIN?

At the MPIN screen (the last step of login), tap Forgot MPIN.

Enter your date of birth to verify it's you.

Set your new MPIN, then re-enter it to confirm.
You're signed in with the new MPIN right away, and it's what you'll use from then on.
What are the rules for a new MPIN?
Your new MPIN must:
- be 4 digits and numeric only
- not be the same as your current MPIN
- not match any of your last 3 MPINs
- not be all the same digit (like 1111)
- not be a sequence (like 1234 or 4321)
Things to keep in mind
- MPIN is the final step of login — registered mobile number → OTP or TOTP → MPIN. Rupeezy has no separate password.
- Never share your MPIN with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Rupeezy — support will never ask for it.
