How do I reset my MPIN?

Your MPIN is the final step of logging in to Rupeezy — after your registered mobile number and an OTP (or TOTP). If you've forgotten it, reset it right from the MPIN screen with Forgot MPIN; there's no password to recover.

How do I reset my MPIN?

  1. At the MPIN screen (the last step of login), tap Forgot MPIN.

  2. Enter your date of birth to verify it's you.

  3. Set your new MPIN, then re-enter it to confirm.

You're signed in with the new MPIN right away, and it's what you'll use from then on.

What are the rules for a new MPIN?

Your new MPIN must:

  • be 4 digits and numeric only
  • not be the same as your current MPIN
  • not match any of your last 3 MPINs
  • not be all the same digit (like 1111)
  • not be a sequence (like 1234 or 4321)

Things to keep in mind

  • MPIN is the final step of login — registered mobile number → OTP or TOTP → MPIN. Rupeezy has no separate password.
  • Never share your MPIN with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Rupeezy — support will never ask for it.
