Rupeezy emails you every time your account logs in from a device it hasn't seen before. The email lists the login's location, application, IP address, device, and time, so you can check whether it was you.
What does the email tell me?
- Location — the city inferred from the login's IP address.
- Application — which Rupeezy platform was used (mobile app, web, etc.).
- IP address and Device — identify the network and device the login came from.
- Time — when the login happened.
If this was you — no action needed. You'll get this email again the next time you log in from another new device.
If you don't recognize the login — reset your MPIN immediately using Forgot MPIN on the login screen. You can also log out of all other active sessions from Account > Manage Logins.
Rupeezy will never ask for your login details over email. Treat any email that does as phishing.
