How do I spot investment scams that use Rupeezy's name?

Rupeezy operates only through its own website (rupeezy.in) and its official app (package name com.wave.astha) — any other app, website, or person claiming to represent Rupeezy and asking for money, your OTP, or your personal details is not us.

How you pay is your best protection

How you send money is the single most important thing that protects you from these scams.

  • Add money only through the in-app payment options. The payment gateways inside the Rupeezy app always credit your own trading account.
  • If you can't use an in-app option and have to make a bank transfer, use only Rupeezy's virtual account number. It starts with ACSNSE, and the exact number is shown to you inside the app. Any account number that does not start with ACSNSE is not Rupeezy's.
  • Paying by UPI? Look for the verified-merchant icon. On any UPI app, Rupeezy's name shows a thumbs-up (verified merchant) icon — always check for it before you confirm a UPI payment to Rupeezy. If that icon isn't there, it isn't Rupeezy.
  • Never send money to a personal or company bank account, or a UPI ID, that someone gives you over a call, message, or "support" chat. Scammers typically collect money in a shell (rented) bank account that has nothing to do with Rupeezy.

How do I check I'm on Rupeezy's real app or website?

  • Website — the address bar should read rupeezy.in, nothing else. Check it carefully before entering any login details; a scam site often uses a lookalike spelling.
  • App — install it only from the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS), and check the listing is genuinely Rupeezy's before installing. On both stores the developer/seller is listed as Astha Credit & Securities Pvt Ltd (the company behind Rupeezy), and the Android package name is com.wave.astha. Never install an app file (APK) sent to you directly over WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.

What will Rupeezy never do?

  • Never ask for your OTP, TOTP code, or MPIN over a call, message, or email — see What are the best practices for securing a trading account? Treat any such request as a scam, regardless of who it claims to be from.
  • Never guarantee fixed or assured returns on any investment.
  • Never ask you to transfer money to a personal or company bank account, or a UPI ID. Money you add to Rupeezy goes only through the app's own payment options or its official virtual account (see above).
  • Never run "trading tips" or account-management groups on WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media claiming to act on Rupeezy's behalf.

What do I do if I spot a scam using Rupeezy's name?

Report it to Rupeezy support the same way you'd raise any complaint — create a ticket, email support@rupeezy.in, or call 0755-4268599. Share whatever you have: the app/website link, phone number, or screenshots of the messages. See How do I create a ticket or raise a complaint at Rupeezy? for the full process.

What if I've already sent money to a scam?

Act fast — the sooner you report it, the better the chance of recovering the money.

  • File a cyber-crime FIR as quickly as possible. This is the single most important step for any chance of recovery. Report it on the national cyber-crime helpline 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in, and lodge an FIR with your local cyber police.
  • Then tell Rupeezycreate a ticket, email support@rupeezy.in, or call 0755-4268599, with the account number you paid into and any screenshots.
