Why am I not receiving emails from Rupeezy?

Rupeezy sends contract notes, statements, and account alerts to your registered email id. If they aren't showing up, the cause is usually a wrong address, spam filtering, or a full inbox — not a Rupeezy outage.

Is your registered email id correct?

Emails go only to the email id saved on your account. If you no longer have access to that address, or typed it wrong at sign-up, update it first.

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder

Email providers sometimes route automated mail away from the inbox. Search your spam/junk/promotions folders and your webmail's "All Mail" view for messages from Rupeezy.

Tip: Add Rupeezy's domain (rupeezy.in) to your contacts or safe-senders list so future emails land in your inbox.

Give it a few minutes

Emails you trigger yourself — like downloading a contract note or ledger with Email Me — aren't instant. Wait a few minutes before assuming it didn't send, then retry the request.

Things to keep in mind

  • A full inbox (mailbox storage limit reached) can bounce incoming mail silently.
  • Typos in the registered email id are the most common reason for a missing email.
  • OTP emails expire quickly — if you're waiting on one, request a fresh OTP rather than searching for an old one.

Still not receiving emails?

If your registered email id is correct, spam is clear, and you've waited a few minutes, raise a complaint or write to support@rupeezy.in with your registered email id.
