Once a GTT triggers, it places a regular order — check Orders → Pending, not the GTT tab. The GTT tab only shows the trigger's own status (Active, Triggered, and so on), not the order it created.
Why does the order move somewhere else?
A GTT trigger isn't itself an order — it's a condition that, once met, makes Rupeezy place a normal buy or sell order on your behalf. That new order goes through the same order book as any order you place manually, so it shows up under Orders → Pending (or Executed, once it fills) rather than staying in the GTT tab. In the GTT tab, that same trigger now just shows status Triggered.
Where should I look?
- GTT tab — shows the trigger itself; once it fires, status changes to Triggered.
- Pending tab — shows the actual order placed as a result, until it executes, gets rejected, or you cancel it.
Things to keep in mind
- If you can't find the order in Pending either, check Rejected — the triggered order can fail the same way any manual order can.
- The GTT record and the resulting order are linked but shown separately — don't expect the GTT tab to update to "Executed."
