What are the names of the payment gateway vendors in Rupeezy?

Rupeezy doesn't publish the names of its payment gateway partners. Every payment you make to add money — by UPI, Net Banking, or a bank transfer — is processed through an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant gateway.

Is it safe to add money without knowing the gateway's name?

Yes. The safety of your payment doesn't depend on knowing which vendor processes it behind the scenes. What matters is that you started the payment yourself from the Add Funds screen in the Rupeezy app, and that the money comes from a bank account linked to your Rupeezy account.

You may see the gateway partner's name instead of Rupeezy's on some payment pages — for example, on your bank's Net Banking confirmation page. That's expected: the gateway collects the payment on Rupeezy's behalf.

Where can I see which gateway processed a specific payment?

This isn't shown in the app. If you need a reference for a specific payment — for reconciliation, or to raise a query with your bank — use the transaction reference (UTR or RRN) from your own bank statement rather than looking for a gateway name.
