There's nothing to transfer. Rupeezy keeps one ledger for your account, so the money you add is available for both equity and commodity (MCX) trading — the limit you see is common to both segments.
Do I need to add funds separately for commodity trading?
No. Commodity (MCX) trading is a segment on your existing Rupeezy trading account, not a separate account, and it draws on the same funds as equity. Add money once through Add Funds, and you can use it in either segment.
Can I withdraw money I added for one segment after trading in the other?
Yes. Withdrawals come out of the same single balance — see How do I withdraw funds?
