The LTP on your Watchlist needs a live data connection to Rupeezy's servers. When that connection is blocked or hasn't caught up yet, the price can show as 0.00 or stay blank until it reconnects.
Why does this happen?
- A restricted network can block the live feed. Some networks — office Wi-Fi, campus networks, or other networks with a strict firewall — limit which connections are allowed through, and can block the live data stream even though the rest of the app works normally.
- The feed can take a moment to catch up. Right after you open the Watchlist, switch to a different list, or reconnect after a dropped connection, prices can briefly show 0.00 while the live feed loads. This usually clears within a few seconds on its own.
What can I do about it?
- Try a different network — switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the other way around, and see if the price loads.
- Turn off any VPN and try again.
- Pull down to refresh the Watchlist.
- If it persists across networks, raise a complaint so Support can check for a feed issue on our end.
