"No internet connection" is a generic message the Rupeezy app shows whenever it can't reach Rupeezy's servers — it isn't tied to one screen, and it doesn't mean anything is wrong with your account.

Why does this happen?
- The app shows this message whenever a request to Rupeezy's servers fails to go through — most often because your Wi-Fi or mobile data dropped, or is too weak, right at that moment.
- It can appear on any screen — your Account details, a watchlist, your orders — because the cause is the same everywhere: the app couldn't reach Rupeezy's servers, not a problem with that specific screen or feature.
- Your holdings, positions, orders and funds are unaffected — they live on Rupeezy's servers and are unchanged by a connection drop on your phone.
What can I do about it?
- Check your connection — switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or move to a spot with a stronger signal, then reopen the screen.
- Turn off any VPN — some VPNs interfere with reaching Rupeezy's servers.
- Restart the app — close it fully and reopen it.
- Still seeing it? Clear the app's data (Android) or reinstall it (iOS) — see How to clear the Rupeezy app data?.
- Still stuck? Raise a support ticket with the network you were on and roughly when it happened.
Things to keep in mind
- If the app works on one network but not another (say, mobile data but not your home Wi-Fi), that confirms it's a network issue, not a Rupeezy one.
- Some networks block trading apps outright — see Why is my internet provider restricting access to the Rupeezy app? if switching networks fixes it every time.
