IPO bids on Rupeezy are accepted from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on each day the issue is open for subscription. This is the exchange's standard bidding window and applies the same way across every broker, not just Rupeezy.
Which days can I place an IPO order?
An IPO accepts bids only on the days its offer document specifies — typically 3 working days (weekends and exchange holidays don't count). Within that window:
- Apply any day the issue is open, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Pre-Apply before the issue officially opens, if you'd rather not wait for opening day — see How do I apply for an IPO?.
Note: Modifying or cancelling an application is only possible while the issue is still open for bidding. Once bidding closes for the day or the issue closes, the application is locked in.
Things to keep in mind
- The 10:00 AM–5:00 PM window is set by the exchange, not Rupeezy — it's the same on every broker.
- No new bids, modifications, or cancellations are accepted after 5:00 PM on the last day the issue is open.
