If the Rupeezy app won't download or install from the Google Play Store, it's almost always a device- or Play Store-side issue — your connection, the Play Store app itself, your phone, or its cached data — rather than anything to do with your Rupeezy account. Try these in order.
What to try
- Check your internet connection — switch to an alternate Wi-Fi or mobile data network, then retry the download.
- Restart the Play Store app — close it fully and reopen it before retrying.
- Restart your phone — then try installing Rupeezy again.
- Clear the Play Store's cache — go to Settings → Apps → Play Store → Storage & cache → Clear cache (or Clear storage if that doesn't help), then retry.
- Check your device has enough free storage and is running a compatible Android version — the Play Store blocks the install outright if either is the problem, usually with a message saying the app isn't compatible with your device or that there isn't enough space. Free up storage or update your device's OS, then retry.

Still can't install it?
If none of these fix it, raise a support ticket with a screenshot of the exact error the Play Store shows — that error message tells us which of the above is actually blocking the install.
