IPO applications on Rupeezy are made through UPI. When you apply, a UPI mandate blocks the application amount in your bank account, and that block is what confirms your bid—so you need a UPI ID from a bank or app that supports IPO (UPI-ASBA) mandates to apply on Rupeezy.
What you need
- A UPI ID linked to your own bank account (the account used must be yours—third-party payments aren't allowed).
- The bank or UPI app must be enabled for IPO mandates. Not every one is—only the banks and third-party UPI apps on NPCI's live-partner list support IPO applications through UPI-ASBA.
For the full flow, see How do I apply for an IPO?. If your UPI ID isn't supported, your application can be rejected—see Why was my IPO application rejected?.
