Mutual funds on Rupeezy do not have a separate login ID. You log in to the Rupeezy app with your registered mobile number, and mutual funds are already inside the app — there is no second account to create and no second set of credentials to remember.
What is my mutual fund login ID?
There isn't one. The Rupeezy app asks for a single detail when you log in: your 10-digit mobile number, the one registered with your Rupeezy account. There is no separate user ID, no email login, and no password to type on the app.
If you are looking for a "login ID", you are most likely thinking of your Client Code — the unique code that identifies your Rupeezy account. Your Client Code appears on the My Profile screen in the app, and support may ask for it when you raise a query. It is an account identifier, not a login credential: you never type it to sign in.
How do I log in to Rupeezy?
1. Enter your mobile number — open the Rupeezy app. On the "What's your mobile number?" screen, type your 10-digit registered mobile number and tap Send OTP.
2. Verify it — enter the OTP sent to that number. If you have set up an authenticator app, you will see the TOTP Verification screen instead — enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app rather than waiting for an SMS.
3. Enter your MPIN — on the "Please enter your Rupeezy MPIN to continue" screen, type your Rupeezy MPIN and tap Continue. Forgotten it? Tap Reset MPIN on the same screen.
Once you are in, mutual funds are available in the same session. Tap Explore Mutual Funds from the home screen — you do not log in again.
Which mobile number should I use?
Use the mobile number registered with your Rupeezy account. The OTP is sent only to that number, so a number you have changed recently — or a second number you also use — will not work.
If the OTP does not arrive, wait for the countdown on the screen to finish and tap Resend OTP. You can also tap the pencil icon beside the masked number to go back and correct the number you entered.
Do mutual funds need a separate registration?
No. Your Rupeezy login covers both trading and mutual funds. Mutual funds activate automatically as part of your KYC — there's no in-app step to switch them on yourself. Rupeezy and BSE both verify your documents first, which usually takes up to 2 working days (sometimes just one). See How to activate mutual funds on Rupeezy? for details.
Things to keep in mind
- Your mobile number is the only thing you type to log in — treat any request for a "mutual fund password" as a red flag.
- Rupeezy will never ask you for your OTP. Do not share it with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Rupeezy.
- Changing your registered mobile number changes where your login OTP goes, so keep it up to date.
