As per SEBI's rules, Rupeezy periodically reports your fund balance and securities balance to the exchange. The exchange then sends you an SMS and email directly, confirming the balance Rupeezy reported — so you can independently verify it. It isn't sent by Rupeezy, and it doesn't need any action from you.

What does this message mean?
- Fund bal — the cash balance in your trading account with Rupeezy as of the reported date.
- Securities bal — the value of securities held in your trading account with Rupeezy as of that date (this is separate from your demat holdings).
- "This excludes your Bank, DP & PMS bal with the broker" — the figures are specifically your trading-account balance with Rupeezy. They don't include money in your bank account, securities held in your demat (DP) account, or any PMS balance.
Why does this come from the exchange, not Rupeezy?
SEBI requires the exchange to independently confirm the balance we reported, directly to you — so this message is a cross-check, not something Rupeezy sends or controls.
Do I need to do anything?
No. This is an informational notice confirming the balance Rupeezy reported on your behalf — it doesn't require any action on your part. If the figures don't match what you see in your Rupeezy account, that's worth raising with support.
Rupeezy also separately emails you a weekly statement of the same funds and securities balance — that's Rupeezy's own periodic statement, distinct from this exchange-sent confirmation.
