As an AP partner, ensuring that your clients are correctly mapped to your account is critical. Sometimes, due to system limitations, a client who uses your account opening link may not be automatically mapped to you. In such cases, you can manually map the client using the Rupeezy RISE portal website.
Steps to Map a Client to Your account
Login to your partner dashboard on the RISE portal.
Click on the “Add Clients” button on the home page.
Enter the client’s mobile number.
An OTP will be sent to the client’s registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP in the box provided.
Upon successful OTP authentication, the system will map the client to your account.
Using the Feature to Add Leads
This feature can also be used to add potential clients (leads):
Enter any mobile number in the "Add Clients" section.
The system will send an OTP to the entered number.
Upon successful OTP verification, if the number does not belong to an existing Rupeezy client, it will be added as a lead in the lead section of the Clients page.
If this lead later opens an account using the same mobile number, they will be automatically moved to the clients' section of the Clients page.
Important Points to Remember
If a client has already opened an account but was not mapped due to technical limitations, you must complete the OTP authentication within 10 days of account opening. Beyond 10 days, the client cannot be mapped to you.
If you add a lead, you have 3 months to ensure the client opens an account. If the client opens an account within this period, they will be mapped to you. However, if the account is opened after 3 months, the client will not be mapped to you.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your client relationships and ensure they are correctly mapped to your account.
