To add a client or lead on the Rupeezy Partner app, go to Clients, tap Add Clients and enter the person's mobile number, then enter the OTP sent to that number. An existing Rupeezy client is then mapped to your ARN; a number that doesn't belong to a Rupeezy client is added as a lead.
Why would I need to map a client manually?
As an MFD partner, your clients need to be mapped to your ARN. Sometimes, because of system limitations, a client who uses your account opening link isn't automatically mapped to you. In that case, you can map the client manually in the Rupeezy Partner mobile app.
How do I map a client to my ARN?
- Open the Rupeezy Partner mobile app and go to the Clients section.
- Tap Add Clients.
- Enter the client's mobile number. An OTP is sent to the client's registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP in the app.
Once the OTP is verified, the client is mapped to your ARN.
How do I add a lead?
You can use the same feature to add potential clients (leads):
- Enter any mobile number in the Add Clients section. An OTP is sent to that number.
- Enter the OTP to verify it.
- If the number doesn't belong to an existing Rupeezy client, it's added as a lead in the leads section of the app.
If this lead later opens an account using the same mobile number, they move to the clients section automatically. Your lead can open an account by following How do I open an account with Rupeezy?
Are there time limits for mapping?
- Existing clients — if a client has already opened an account but wasn't mapped because of a technical limitation, you must complete the OTP verification within 10 days of account opening. After 10 days, the client can't be mapped to you.
- Leads — after you add a lead, the client has 3 months to open an account. If they open it within this period, they're mapped to you; if they open it after 3 months, they aren't.
