Rupeezy Exclusive Franchisee / Authorised Person Requirements:


  • Area Required (Min): 600 sq. ft in a commercial building.
  • Workstations: Minimum of 3 workstations with licensed software and fast internet (minimum 30 Mbps).
  • Cabins: At least 2 cabins.
  • Facilities: Washroom, 3-hour minimum power backup, 24/7 water supply.
  • Security: CCTV cameras.
  • Reception/Waiting Area: Reception or waiting area with staff for support or reception.
  • Parking: Car and bike parking.
  • Security Deposit: Rs. 1 Lac (50k in stocks and 50k in cash).
  • Franchise Fee: Rs. 5k–10k + GST, depending on the class of town.
  • Authorised Person Registration Charges: Rs. 5k per segment per exchange. (The authorised person in the individual category must be the same person running the business.)
  • AMC Charges for Authorised Person: Rs. 5k + GST.
  • Referral Program Participation: Must have participated in Rupeezy’s Referral Program with a minimum of 50 referrals.
  • Certification: NISM-Series-VII: Securities Operations and Risk Management Certification Examination.

Address Proof:
Along with the rental agreement, please provide either a recent utility bill (e.g., electricity, water, or gas bill) with the owner’s name and the rental property address, or a copy of the sale deed if the property is owner-occupied.

Notes:

  • Organic Lead Source: You must have an organic lead source for acquiring clients, meaning leads should be generated without the use of paid advertising.
  • Company Representation: Applicants must uphold a positive representation of the company. Any activity that disparages or defames the company through any medium is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibited Practices: Engagement in unauthorized advisory services or unqualified portfolio management practices is not allowed.
  • Application Rejection: Applications that do not meet these criteria will be rejected during the initial review. Once rejected, applicants are not entitled to submit a new application.
