To pledge your shares to get trading margin (collateral margin), open your ‘Dock’ backoffice application.

1.Go to ‘Portfolio’ tab

2.Click on ‘Pledged Shares’

3.Next, click on ‘Pledge holding’

4.Enter the no of shares to be pledged.

5.Click on ‘Get Margin’ tab at bottom right corner to check the margin.

Next, you will see the Margin Pledge page. 

You need to authorise the pledge in your demat account before 7pm for the margin to reflect in your account the next day. 

On the Margin Pledge page, select the security, T&C and click on ‘Confirm’.

You will receive an OTP on your mobile no and email id registered with NSDL.

Enter the OTP and click ‘Submit’.
